The range of products and services that can be purchased

The web store sells streetwear. The images shown on the products are only illustrations and may differ from reality.

Our products can only be ordered with the parameters indicated in the Webshop (www.pitbullwear.hu) (color, size, etc ...), it is not possible to order a product with different parameters. We cannot guarantee the replacement of the size shortage of our out-of-stock products, when ordering we only allow the ordering of the sizes that are definitely available.

The displayed products can be ordered online. placing an order in the Webshop does not qualify as a contract. the contract between the Parties is concluded at the time of purchase of the goods.

The indicated prices are in HUF and include VAT.

The cost of home delivery is not included in the prices shown next to the products.
Shipping charges

Shipping charges domestically

The delivery fee is determined by the value of the order:

    In case of an order worth HUF 0-25,000, the delivery cost in Hungary is uniformly HUF 990.

    In case of an order worth HUF 25,001, delivery to the house is free of charge.

The packages will be delivered to your home by GLS Hungary on weekdays between 8 am and 6 pm. Delivery is not possible on weekends and public holidays.

The invoice and letter of guarantee are included in the package. Please inspect the package in front of the courier upon delivery, and in case of any damage to the products, ask for a report and do not take over the package. We cannot accept subsequent complaints without minutes!

Delivery to a given address will be attempted by the courier service staff no more than two (2) times. If the delivery fails both times, the package will be returned to our site and the registration of the user indicated as the recipient will be deactivated. We can only send an order after re-registration after the final amount of the order has been transferred and credited to our bank account.

Purchases are only possible with user registration. The advantage of registration is that if you want to order from us next time, it is not necessary to enter your data again, you can add several delivery / billing addresses, and you can also track your ordering process.

We cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience (delayed delivery, etc.) due to a subsequent change of delivery and / or billing address.

The ordering process

The order will come alive if it is confirmed by customer service via email.

The ordered product must be paid to the courier upon receipt of the package.

Orders are processed on weekdays but weekdays. 9 a.m. It happens until 4 p.m.

It is also possible to place the order outside the dates indicated as the processing of the order, if it takes place after the working hours, it will be processed the next day.

Our system will send you an automatic e-mail about your order, in which you can inquire about your order at any of our contact details, or track it if you enter the site with the information you provided during registration.

In case of non-received, returned packages, the return fee is charged to the customer, we can only start sending it again if the value of the package is transferred in advance!

When registering, please provide telephone contact information where the customer or authorized recipient is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Guarantee

We offer a 12-month warranty on our products. In the event of a breakdown, our colleague will inform you by telephone of the action to be taken by telephone at the customer service contact provided on the website.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, so please read the operating instructions carefully!

Product exchange process

If you wish to initiate a product exchange, you may do so in writing, by letter, or by e-mail, referring to the product and the order ID. Please let us know exactly what size you want to change the ordered product to.

Return the ordered product to our company's address as a simple registered letter (Evimax Street Wear, 4400 Nyíregyháza, Zrínyi Ilona u. 8-10.).

Postage costs for return are borne by the buyer. Do not return the product by cash on delivery! We are not able to pick up the package returned by cash on delivery, the cost of returning it is also borne by the buyer!

If you do not find the delivered product suitable for any reason, send it back to our address within 14 days after delivery: Gyula Erdős, 4553 Apagy, Béke út 82. In case of any questions, our customer service is at your disposal. Please return the goods as a recommended package at your own expense. We are unable to accept cash on delivery and postage packages. The consideration for the goods will be reimbursed by bank transfer within a maximum of 30 days of receipt of the goods, we ask for written information about the bank details required for the administration (name of the bank holding the account, name of the beneficiary, bank account number). The packaging and shipping costs incurred in connection with the exchange or repurchase are borne by the buyer, which amount is equal to the current postage. In this case, we also exchange the goods and refund their value by post. Please note that the exchange or redemption option only applies to undamaged products that are in their original condition and have not been used regularly!

In the event of a replacement initiated due to an incorrect size, we can only replace an unused, undamaged product. The above statement does not apply to products that may be defective in quality, but we can only replace a product that has been used for its intended purpose and is defective.

Right of withdrawal

Within 14 working days of receipt of the ordered product, the buyer has the right to withdraw from his intention to purchase. In this case, the Pit Bull Street Wear Web Store is required to refund the purchase price paid for the product to the customer no later than 14 business days after the cancellation or return of the product. The refund also applies to the shipping cost, however, the cost of returning the product will be borne by the buyer.

Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you may do so in writing, by letter or e-mail, referring to the product and the order ID. You have the right to withdraw within 8 working days of receiving the product.

In case of cancellation by post, the date of posting of the letter will be taken into account when calculating the 8 working days. If possible, submit the letter as a registered letter so that the date of dispatch can be clearly demonstrated.

Return the ordered product to the address of our company (Evimax Street Wear, 4400 Nyíregyháza, Zrínyi Ilona u. 8-10.).

Postage costs for return are borne by the buyer. Do not return the product by cash on delivery! We are not able to pick up the package returned by cash on delivery, the cost of returning it is also borne by the buyer! Please mail the product as a simple, recommended letter.

Improper use of the product is not covered by the warranty. The customer is also liable for damages resulting from improper use. Within thirty days of the product being returned, the price of the product will be refunded to the account number provided.

The purchase price of the product will be refunded by bank transfer. Please enter the data required for the transfer: Beneficiary's name, bank account number, account manager's bank name.

Data handling

We treat the personal data provided to you during the use of the web store as confidential and will not pass it on to third parties. Exceptions to this are the information provided to the subcontractor, without which the order cannot be fulfilled, such as the information required for delivery to the courier service.

When browsing the web store, technical information is recorded (for example, in the form of log files containing the user's ip address, time, URL of the page visited), which cannot be used for personal identification, but is used for statistical purposes. The system also stores data on the user's computer in the form of so-called cookies. Cookies are not personally identifiable and live during the session.

In order to use the web store system, it is necessary to enable the use of cookies in your browser, without which certain functions will not work.

An invoice will be prepared for the ordered product, the storage of which will be stored in the manner and for the period prescribed by the applicable legislation.
